Senior Engineer

This is an updated requisition to clarify requirement for AI skills sets along with other skills needed for the Stonepeak's BI Resource.

We are looking for a BI developer with 5\-8 years of experience for Stonepeak in Bangalore for CXO dashboard project.

• *Required Skills \& Experience**
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to confidently engage and collaborate with senior executives, including CTOs, CFOs, and other business leaders.

• Positive attitude, strong ownership mindset, and assertive yet collaborative approach to stakeholder management.

• Proven ability to work directly with stakeholders, navigate ambiguity and deliver high\-quality outcomes independently.

• Strong data analysis capabilities with advanced SQL skills and experience writing complex queries on large datasets.

• Ability to translate business requirements into data\-driven insights and actionable analytical solutions.

• Experience building dashboards utilizing AI tools like Sigma (BI Tool), Claude, ChatGPT etc. and added expertise to improve the visualization to aesthetically beautify the dashboard as per business needs.
• Exposure to business intelligence and visualization tools such as Tableau, Sigma, Power BI, or similar platforms a plus

• Work from Bangalore office for 4 days a week during US timezone
