About the Role
We are seeking a **Senior Engineering Manager** to lead a high\-performing engineering team responsible for modernizing and scaling critical customer support platforms.
This role combines strong technical leadership, people management, and execution excellence. You will drive the transformation of legacy enterprise systems into modern, cloud\-native, API\-driven, and AI\-enabled platforms while partnering closely with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Business stakeholders globally.
We're looking for a leader who combines technical depth with strong people leadership, can navigate complex business and technology challenges, and is passionate about building modern platforms that improve customer and teammate experiences at scale.
