To help drive this transformation, we are looking for a **Senior Enterprise Architect** to lead the evolution of our cloud platform and architecture strategy.

• *What You'll Do**

• Define and lead the architecture of Esko's next\-generation AWS\-based cloud platform.
• Drive the design of scalable, secure, resilient, and multi\-tenant SaaS solutions.
• Design and write critical software components and modules.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Security, and Operations teams to deliver cloud\-native capabilities.
• Establish architectural standards, governance, and best practices across the organization.
• Lead cloud modernization initiatives, including microservices, Kubernetes, DevOps, AI\-enabled services, data architecture and platform engineering.
• Mentor and manage a team of architects while serving as a technical leader across the company. Work with them to develop a clear governance model for tool\-selection, and platform evolution.
• Guide critical decisions across software development, infrastructure, deployment, operations, security, and reliability.
• *What We're Looking For**

• 15\+ years of experience in software development \& architecture roles, with a proven track record building large\-scale enterprise or SaaS platforms.
• Deep expertise in AWS cloud technologies and cloud\-native architectures.
• Strong hands\-on experience in Java backend development, with expertise in building large\-scale, cloud\-native enterprise applications using Java and related frameworks.
• Proven experience designing and developing high\-performance microservices, RESTful APIs, and distributed systems in Java\-based technology stacks.
• Broad technical experience spanning software development, architecture, DevOps, deployment automation, operations, and platform reliability.
• Experience designing and operating multi\-tenant SaaS platforms at scale.
• Strong leadership experience managing and mentoring architecture teams.
• Expertise with modern cloud technologies such as Kubernetes, containers, APIs, event\-driven architectures, Infrastructure as Code, observability, and security.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both executive leadership and engineering teams.
• *Preferred Experience**

• Packaging, manufacturing, supply chain, CPG, or life sciences industry experience.
• Experience with AI, data platforms, and modern SaaS ecosystems.
• AWS Professional certifications.
• Experience leading cloud transformation and platform consolidation initiatives.
