• *Qualification:** Qualified CA

• *Experience:** Minimum 1 year of experience apart from articleship

• *Detailed role description:**

• Oversee client relationships, including foreign clients, and provide exceptional services.
• Reviews and preparations of financial statements.
• Analyze cost data to identify opportunities for cost optimization.
• Review and prepare business processes, plans, projections, and models.
• Prepare detailed cash flow statements.
• Prepare budgets and analyze budget versus actuals.
• Ensure budgetary compliance and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Review the monthly closing process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Identify and address financial discrepancies and variances.
• Prepare and present monthly and quarterly financial statements to management.
• Highlight key financial insights and performance metrics.
• Supervise and provide leadership to the team members.
• Encourage an efficient work environment.
• Strong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data.

• *Skills:**

• Knowledge of financial statements \& Accounting.
• Knowledge of Financial Ratios.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically MS Excel.
• Excellent Communication Skills .
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
• Sharp time management skills.

• Identify and implement automation opportunities in day to day working to automate repeatitive tasks.
