Senior Executive / Assistant Manager – Marketing Operations

Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Executive / Assistant Manager – Marketing Operations to drive marketing execution, lead management governance, marketing automation, partner marketing, and cross\-functional project coordination.

The ideal candidate should possess strong operational and analytical skills, hands\-on expertise with marketing automation platforms, and the ability to independently manage multiple stakeholders while ensuring timely execution of marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Operations \& Lead Management

Own the end\-to\-end lead handoff process between Marketing and Sales.

Define, monitor, and improve lead management SLAs and conversion workflows.

Track lead status, identify funnel gaps, and work with Sales and RevOps to improve lead quality and conversion.

Marketing Automation

Design, manage, and optimize marketing automation workflows using HubSpot or Marketo.

Create and maintain forms, landing pages, email workflows, lead scoring models, segmentation, and nurturing campaigns.

Recommend improvements to existing automation processes to enhance campaign effectiveness.

Project \& Campaign Management

Own project planning and execution for marketing initiatives.

Manage campaign timelines, task tracking, dependencies, and stakeholder coordination using project management tools.

Ensure timely delivery of marketing campaigns across internal and external teams.

Event \& Partner Marketing

Plan and execute webinars, customer events, exhibitions, and partner marketing initiatives.

Coordinate with vendors, partners, speakers, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful event execution.

Manage joint marketing campaigns with technology and channel partners and track campaign performance.

Reporting \& Process Improvement

Prepare marketing dashboards and reports to measure campaign effectiveness, lead performance, and operational KPIs.

Continuously evaluate marketing processes and recommend improvements through automation and best practices.

Stay updated on the latest MarTech trends and recommend tools that improve productivity and efficiency.

Team Collaboration

Mentor junior marketing team members on marketing operations, automation tools, and process adherence.

Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Leadership teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.

Required Skills \& Qualifications

4–7 years of experience in Marketing Operations, Marketing Automation, or B2B SaaS Marketing.

Hands\-on expertise with HubSpot or Marketo, including workflow creation and automation.

Strong understanding of lead lifecycle management, demand generation, funnel stages, and lead governance.

Experience with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, Monday.com, Jira, or similar platforms.

Proven experience in planning and executing marketing events and partner marketing initiatives.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to track metrics and generate actionable insights.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong stakeholder management and conflict resolution abilities.

Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities independently.
