The Senior Executive – Channel Sales will be responsible for developing, managing, and strengthening relationships with Channel Partners (CPs), brokers, and real estate consultants. The role focuses on lead generation, sales conversion, Channel Partner engagement, and achieving business targets through the CP network.
*KRA: Task / Activities**
Manage and maintain relationships with 100\+ active Channel Partners.
Generate quality leads through Channel Partner networks.
Conduct regular CP meetings, project presentations, and engagement activities.
Identify and onboard new Channel Partners to expand the referral network.
Coordinate with internal sales teams for lead conversion and customer support.
Maintain Channel Partner database, sales reports, and activity trackers.
