Senior Executive

• Job Description: • Create Drafts \& Pre Billing Invoices
• Communicate with customers for collection of receivables
• Liaise with stakeholders for escalations, past due reminders and legal notices
• Update credit rating for customers as per company policy and guidelines
• Achieve monthly collection targets
• Prepare and maintain SOPs, process maps and other documentation for the process
• Process cash application, unallocated cash, rebates and refunds
• Month end close activities
• Prepare AR ageing report and other ad\-hoc reports
• Contribute to the Process Improvement / Simplification / Automation
• Applying cash receipts, Reconciliations, Month close activities
• Following up with clients for payments
• Need to work with Inter\-Departments within the team for Accounts Receivable.
• Flexible to work in any shift \& open to putting in extra hours when required
• Advance Excel Knowledge would be added advantage like using Formulas Vlookup, Pivot table, charts, index,etc

Qualifications: Bachelor or Master degree in Finance and Accounting 2 \- 6 Years
