Senior Executive -Hardware & Network Engineer

• *Educational Qualification**

• Diploma / B.E. in Computer Science or related study. (Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) Not preferable. Very minimal of people apply this job.
• Knowledge of computer hardware, networking, printer maintenance, and troubleshooting is essential.
• Relevant hardware and networking certifications are preferred.

• *Required Experience**

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience; preferably 2–6 years.
• Experience in computer hardware maintenance, network troubleshooting, printer maintenance, and IT equipment management.
• Ability to identify and resolve software errors and user issues.
• Experience with ERP, HRMS, payroll or other organisational applications will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, scanners and other IT equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware\-related technical problems.
• Maintain LAN, Wi\-Fi, routers, switches and network connectivity.
• Install, configure and troubleshoot operating systems and related software.
• Monitor servers, network devices and IT infrastructure.
• Ensure antivirus protection, security patches and system updates are maintained.
• Maintain IT asset registers, equipment inventory, warranty details and service records.
• Coordinate with hardware vendors and service providers for repairs and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC).
• Provide computer, email, printer and network access to new employees.
• Minimise IT equipment downtime and ensure uninterrupted technical support.
• Maintain records of hardware and network issues and their resolutions.
• Follow IT security, equipment usage and data protection procedures.

• *Additional Responsibilities**

• **Software Identification and Installation:** Identify the software required for the workflow and ensure proper installation, configuration, and functionality.
• **Preventive Maintenance (PM):** Prepare preventive maintenance checklists and conduct periodic preventive maintenance for all IT assets and equipment.
• **Budget Planning and Procurement:** Prepare the annual IT budget and purchase plan, monitor expenses, and ensure all purchases remain within the approved budget.
• **CCTV Maintenance and Security Checks:** Maintain all CCTV cameras and related equipment, conduct periodic preventive checks, and ensure proper functioning of the surveillance system.

Salary Range : 20000 to 25000

Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹25,000\.00 per month
