We are seeking a proactive and detail\-oriented Senior Executive – HR Operations to manage end\-to\-end HR operations, including recruitment coordination, payroll processing, employee engagement, onboarding, HR administration, and employee lifecycle management.
Key Responsibilities \-
HR Operations \& Administration\-
Manage day\-to\-day HR operations and employee lifecycle processes.
Maintain employee records, HR databases, and documentation.
Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures.
Generate HR reports and maintain employee data accuracy.
Recruitment \& Onboarding \-
Handle end\-to\-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
Manage onboarding and induction programs for new employees.
Ensure timely completion of joining formalities and documentation.
Payroll \& Attendance Management \-
Process monthly payroll inputs, attendance records, leave management, and salary\-related documentation.
Coordinate with finance and payroll vendors to ensure timely and accurate salary processing.
Address employee queries related to payroll, attendance, and benefits.
Manage statutory compliance documentation and records as applicable.
Employee Engagement \& Employee Relations
Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, events, recognition programs, and wellness activities.
Support employee communication and foster a positive workplace culture.
Address employee concerns and assist in resolving workplace issues.
Conduct employee feedback surveys and engagement activities.
Performance Management \& HR Support \-
Support performance appraisal cycles and related documentation.
Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and organizational initiatives.
Coordinate learning and development activities as required.
Support audits and compliance\-related HR activities.
Qualifications \& Experience \-
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
3–6 years of experience in HR Operations, Generalist HR, or a similar role.
Experience in recruitment, payroll processing, employee engagement, and HR administration.
Knowledge of HRMS systems and MS Office applications.
Understanding of labor laws and HR compliance will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹40,000\.00 per month
