Assist with creating and modifying user accounts, passwords, and basic access permissions under the guidance of senior colleagues.
· **General Administrative Support:**
Provide administrative support to the IT department by handling assigned tickets, responding to emails, visiting market places, and assisting with clerical tasks.
· **Technical Support:**
Serve as the first point of contact for users experiencing technical difficulties.
Assist in troubleshooting software and hardware issues, resolving login problems, and addressing basic network connectivity issues.
· **Hardware Maintenance:**
Help with maintaining the organization's IT infrastructure, including computers, laptops, CCTVs, UPSs, networks, servers, and other hardware.
· **Software Installation and Updates:**
Install, update, and configure software applications on user computers as directed by the reporting manager.
· **Continuous Improvement:**
Identify opportunities for process improvement within the IT department and implement best practices to enhance operations.

· Working knowledge of IT systems and support processes.
· 1\-3 years of experience required.
· Good technical and troubleshooting skills.
· Strong organizational and communication abilities.
