**Job Role**

LatentView is seeking a sharp, driven Pre\-Sales Executive with 2 to 4 years of experience to support our strategic deal pursuits, and go\-to\-market solution positioning. In this role, you will act as the bridge between client\-facing sales leaders, industry practice heads, and technical delivery teams. You will analyze client requirements, shape competitive pitches, author end\-to\-end RFP/RFI responses, and translate complex data architecture and AI workflows into compelling executive narratives.

**Responsibilities**

• Manage the complete response workflow for RFPs, RFIs, and pitches, adhering to defined milestone timelines

• Author executive summaries, methodology sections, governance models, and project roadmaps

• Develop tailored pitch decks, point\-of\-view (POV) papers, and capability presentations for target Fortune 500 accounts

• Translate complex analytics solutions into clear business outcomes and ROI frameworks

• Support delivery leads in building effort estimation sheets, staffing pyramids, resource allocation plans, and commercial rate cards.

• Prepare briefing materials and presentation decks for pre\-bid meetings, oral presentations, and discovery calls.

• Perform targeted account and competitor research to uncover prospect pain points and technology stacks.

• Track emerging enterprise trends across the Data \& AI landscape to sharpen solution positioning.

• Collaborate with marketing to package client success stories into reusable case studies and solution one\-pagers

• Maintain the centralized repository of bid templates, credential decks, technical architectures, and boilerplate content

• Conduct post\-bid retrospectives (win/loss analysis) to document lessons learned

**Required skills**

Advanced expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel; working familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
