Senior Executive - Recruitment

You will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation. Proficiency with job portals like Naukri and LinkedIn, along with social media recruitment and employee referral programs, is essential. The role involves collaborating with managers to draft job descriptions, understanding employer branding, utilizing recruitment metrics, and ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
