Company Summary
ECHT Ventures Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Senior Executive – Tender \& Sales who will be responsible for managing Government and Private Tenders while driving business development and institutional sales.
The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in GEM Portal, tender documentation, bid preparation, client acquisition, and corporate sales.
Job Responsibilities
- Search and identify Government and Private tenders.
- Prepare technical and commercial bids.
- Manage GEM Portal and procurement portals.
- Submit tenders within deadlines.
- Coordinate with internal departments.
- Generate new business opportunities.
- Build relationships with Government departments and corporate clients.
- Conduct client meetings.
- Prepare quotations and proposals.
- Negotiate commercial terms.
- Maintain tender and sales MIS.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's Degree (MBA Preferred)
- 3–8 years of experience
- Experience in Government Tendering
- GEM Portal knowledge
- Strong B2B Sales experience
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
