Senior Façade Designer

• *Position: Senior Façade Designer**

• *Role Objective:** To lead and direct the Façade Design team in the development of innovative, high\-performance façade, glazing, and cladding solutions. The role is fundamentally responsible for the technical integrity, quality, and successful delivery of all façade design outputs, from conception through to execution.

• *Key Responsibilities \& Accountabilities:**

• **Design Leadership \& Strategy:**
• Lead the comprehensive design process for major façade projects, establishing innovative concepts and solutions.
• Provide technical leadership, oversight, and mentorship to the entire design team.
• **Technical Governance \& Final Approval:**
• Serve as the final technical authority for the review and approval of all detailed façade drawings and specifications.
• Ensure all designs rigorously adhere to architectural plans, engineering requirements, and both local and international building codes.
• **Team \& Stakeholder Management:**
• Manage and lead project teams, comprising designers and engineers, to achieve project objectives.
• Act as the principal liaison between the design department, project execution teams, and clients.
• **Innovation \& Quality Assurance:**
• Govern the quality control process and direct rigorous performance assessments of all façade systems.
• Remain at the forefront of industry advancements and champion the implementation of new technologies and cost\-effective solutions.

• *Mandatory Candidate Profile:**

• **Education:** A Bachelor's degree/Diploma in (Civil /Mechanical) Engineering or a closely related technical field is mandatory.
• **Experience:** The candidate must demonstrate a minimum of 7\-10 years of extensive and progressive experience in façade design.
• **Technical Knowledge:** Expert\-level proficiency in advanced CAD software and façade design tools is required , along with profound expertise in diverse façade materials and systems.

• *Reporting Structure:**

• The position reports directly to the Design Manager or the Head of Façade Design.

Pay: ₹1,000,000\.00 \- ₹1,500,000\.00 per year
