Senior Fashion Designer

• *Job Summary:**

We are looking for a **2\-3 year experienced** talented and trend\-savvy Fashion Designer to join our team and play a key role in driving sales through design. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with the sales team to create innovative, market\-driven designs that support seasonal campaigns and client\-specific requests. You will also be responsible for developing new clothing collections annually, ensuring they align with current trends, customer preferences, and brand identity.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Collaborate with the sales team to design product offerings tailored to client needs, market feedback, and seasonal trends.
• Design and present new collections annually, including concept development, fabric selection, mood boards, and technical specifications.
• Create visuals, mock\-ups, and presentation materials to support sales pitches and marketing efforts.
• Attend sales meetings and client discussions to understand market demand and contribute creative input.
• Monitor fashion trends, color palettes, and consumer behavior to ensure relevance in each design.
• Work closely with production and merchandising teams to ensure design feasibility and timely delivery.
• Maintain brand consistency across all design work while also allowing for client\-specific customization.
• Provide design support for trade shows, look\-books, line sheets, and other sales materials.

• *Requirements:**

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or a related field.
• **2\+ years of work experience into relevant field.**
• Strong understanding of garment construction, fabric selection, and trend forecasting.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and design software (e.g., CLO, CorelDRAW, etc.).
• Excellent collaboration, communication, and time management skills.
• Ability to interpret sales data and client feedback into design strategy.

Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹35,000\.00 per month
