Senior Fashion Designer

We are looking for a highly creative, visionary, and experienced Senior Fashion Designer to lead the design direction of our brand. This role requires someone who can seamlessly translate inspiration into commercially successful collections while elevating the overall design aesthetic and craftsmanship of the brand.

The ideal candidate is passionate about textiles, silhouettes, embroidery, and garment construction, possesses strong leadership abilities, and thrives in a collaborative, fast\-paced environment.

• *Key Responsibilities**

Collection Development

Conceptualize, design, and develop seasonal and capsule collections aligned with the brand vision.

Research market trends, textiles, colors, silhouettes, and design innovations.

Create mood boards, design concepts, sketches, and collection presentations.

Drive product innovation while maintaining the brand's identity and aesthetic.

Product Development \& Execution

Oversee the end\-to\-end design process from concept to final production.

Work closely with pattern masters, tailors, embroiderers, and sampling teams.

Ensure timely development of prototypes and collection samples.

Monitor garment fit, construction, finishing, and quality standards.

Embroidery \& Craft Development

Lead the development of embroidery concepts, motifs, surface ornamentation, and embellishment techniques.

Collaborate with artisans and vendors to create unique design elements.

Ensure innovation while maintaining commercial viability.

Design Leadership

Elevate and continuously refine the overall design language and aesthetic of the brand.

Mentor and guide junior designers and design team members.

Foster a culture of creativity, innovation, and excellence within the design department.

Lead brainstorming sessions and contribute strategic design direction.

Production \& Quality Control

Oversee stitching, embroidery, finishing, and sampling processes.

Ensure products meet the highest standards of quality, fit, and craftsmanship.

Identify opportunities for process improvements and enhanced product execution.

Cross\-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with merchandising, marketing, production, and sourcing teams.

Ensure collections align with business objectives and customer expectations.

Participate in collection launches, presentations, campaigns, and brand initiatives.

• *Required Qualifications**

Minimum 7\+ years of experience in Fashion Design, preferably in premium, luxury, occasion wear, ethnic wear, or designer fashion.

Degree/Diploma in Fashion Design from a reputed institute.

Strong understanding of textiles, embroidery techniques, garment construction, and production processes.

Proven experience in leading design teams and managing collection development.

Excellent sketching, design visualization, and presentation skills.

Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or equivalent.

Pay: ₹95,000\.00 \- ₹100,000\.00 per month
