• *Qualification:** \- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• *1\. Financial Accounting \& Reporting:** Oversee day\-to\-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, bank reconciliation, and preparation of financial statements.

• *2\. Financial Planning \& Budgeting:** Prepare and monitor annual budgets, financial forecasts, and cash flow projections to support effective financial planning and business decisions.

• *3\. Taxation \& Statutory Compliance:** Independently manage GST, TDS, Income Tax, ITR, ROC filings, and ensure timely and accurate submissions.

• *4\. Financial Analysis \& MIS Reporting:** Prepare and analyse monthly, quarterly, and annual MIS reports, financial dashboards, and performance reports to provide actionable insights to management.

• *5\. Invoice \& Payment Management:** Oversee client invoicing, accounts receivable, vendor payments, outstanding dues, and payment follow\-ups to maintain healthy cash flow.

• *6\. Expense \& Cost Management:** Monitor company expenses, review employee reimbursements, analyse budget variances, and identify opportunities for cost optimisation.

• *7\. Legal \& Contract Review:** Review NDAs, client agreements, and other commercial documents to verify financial terms, payment clauses, and compliance requirements.

• *8\. Management Coordination \& Financial Advisory:** Coordinate with HR, Sales, and Project Management teams on financial matters and provide management with financial insights, recommendations, and reports to support strategic decisions.

• *Skills \& Tools:**

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis.

· Proficiency in Tally, Zoho Books, Advanced MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, dashboards, and financial reporting).

• Hands\-on experience in GST, TDS, Income Tax, and ITR.
• Knowledge of balance sheet preparation, profit and loss statements, cash flow management, and bank reconciliation.
• Strong analytical, problem\-solving, and decision\-making abilities.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to independently manage financial operations, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines.
