Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and results\-driven Senior Finance Manager to oversee the company's financial operations, accounting activities, and financial planning. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in accounts payable, accounts receivable, financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, and financial compliance. The candidate must possess excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills, along with the ability to support strategic financial decision\-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day\-to\-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger management.
• Manage financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Ensure timely processing of vendor payments, customer collections, and account reconciliations.
• Prepare and review financial statements, management reports, and other financial documentation.
• Monitor company expenses, revenue, profitability, and working capital.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, taxation regulations, GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, financial institutions, and external consultants as required.
• Manage month\-end and year\-end closing activities and ensure the accuracy of financial records.
• Develop and implement financial controls, policies, and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
• Analyse financial performance and provide insights and recommendations to management.
• Monitor outstanding receivables and payables and ensure effective credit control and payment management.
• Supervise and guide the finance and accounts team to ensure timely and accurate financial operations.
• Identify financial risks and recommend appropriate measures to mitigate them.
• Support management in financial decision\-making, cost optimization, and business planning.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum **10\+ years of relevant experience** in finance and accounting.
• Strong knowledge and experience in **accounts payable and accounts receivable**.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Good understanding of accounting principles, taxation, GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
• Experience in financial analysis, account reconciliation, and financial statement preparation.
• Strong analytical, problem\-solving, and decision\-making abilities.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, accounting software, and ERP systems.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet financial reporting deadlines.

Educational Qualifications

• MBA in Finance, M.Com, or an equivalent qualification in Finance or Accounting.
• A relevant professional qualification such as CA, CMA, or ACCA will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹40,000\.00 \- ₹60,000\.00 per month
