Job Summary

We are looking for a highly experienced and result\-oriented **Senior Finance Manager** to lead our finance and accounts department, oversee financial operations, manage the finance team, and ensure strong financial planning, control, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the entire finance and accounts team.
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, MIS reports, and management dashboards.
• Monitor company profitability, operating costs, and working capital.
• Manage taxation, GST, TDS, statutory compliance, and audit activities.
• Establish strong internal controls and financial risk management procedures.
• Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, inventory valuation, and reconciliations.
• Coordinate with banks, auditors, consultants, and statutory authorities.
• Develop strategies to improve financial performance and reduce unnecessary expenses.
• Ensure timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing.
• Support senior management in strategic business decisions through financial analysis.
• Supervise accounting systems, ERP software, and financial reporting processes.

Eligibility Requirements

• **Experience:** Minimum 8–10 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting, preferably with leadership experience.
• **Education:** CA / CMA / MBA Finance / M.Com or an equivalent qualification.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, GST, TDS, taxation, and statutory regulations.
• Proven experience in managing a finance team and overseeing end\-to\-end financial operations.
• Excellent skills in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Proficiency in Tally ERP, advanced Excel, and accounting or ERP software.
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and decision\-making skills.
• Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, or food processing companies will be an added advantage.
