- *Role Overview :**
As a Finance Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the company’s capital strategy. This position sits at the intersection of banking, investments, and project finance, directly impacting how KW Group funds and scales its real estate portfolio. This is a frontline, high\-impact role , where you will represent the company to banks, NBFCs, and investors while owning the end\-to\-end capital lifecycle. Key Responsibilities
1\. Debt Fundraising \& Lender Management
● Lead CMA preparation, submission, and presentation for working capital and term loan proposals (up to ₹400 Cr).
● Manage end\-to\-end debt syndication: structuring, documentation, sanction, disbursement, and compliance.
● Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions.
● Negotiate lending terms including interest rates, covenants, and security structures to optimize cost of capital.
2\. Equity Fundraising \& Investor Relations
● Support equity fundraising through investor presentations, financial models, and data rooms.
● Coordinate due diligence processes across legal, financial, and operational aspects.
● Manage investor communication, reporting, and compliance post\-investment.
3\. Financial Planning \& Project Finance
● Develop and manage rolling cash flow forecasts across multiple projects.
● Build project feasibility models, IRR analysis, and financial projections for new developments.
● Drive budget control, variance analysis, and financial discipline across projects.
● Prepare MIS reports and strategic decision notes for leadership.
4\. Credit, Compliance \& Team Management
● Conduct credit analysis for receivables, partners, and large exposures.
● Ensure compliance with lender requirements, audits, and regulatory frameworks.
● Lead and mentor a finance team (3–6 members) across treasury, MIS, and credit functions.
- *Core Competencies**
● Strong understanding of banking, credit evaluation, and capital structuring.
● Advanced financial modelling and Excel expertise.
● Ability to engage with multiple stakeholders — lenders, investors, auditors, and internal teams.
● Ownership mindset with strong follow\-through on closures and disbursements. **Preferred Experience**
● Experience in real estate, NBFC, infrastructure, or project finance.
● Exposure to structured finance, securitization, or co\-lending.
● Knowledge of Power BI / Power Query for MIS automation.
Pay: ₹50,000\.00 \- ₹150,000\.00 per month
