Senior Finance Manager

• **Financial Planning \& Analysis (FP\&A):** Develop budgets, long\-term financial forecasts, and cash flow projections.
• **Reporting \& Compliance:** Prepare P\&L statements, balance sheet reconciliations, and statutory accounts while ensuring adherence to GAAP or local accounting standards.
• **Cost \& Profit Optimization:** Analyze expenses, track variances against budgets, and identify margin or cost\-reduction opportunities.
• **Risk \& Treasury Management:** Monitor cash balances, manage working capital, evaluate investment decisions, and handle tax planning.
• **Team \& Stakeholder Leadership:** Supervise accountants or financial analysts, liaise with external auditors, and advise senior leadership on strategic
