Senior Finance Officer

• *Job Summary**

We are looking for an experienced and detail\-oriented **Senior Finance Officer** to manage financial operations, accounting activities, budgeting, cash flow, taxation, and financial reporting for our construction projects and corporate office. The ideal candidate should have strong financial management skills and experience in the construction industry.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Manage day\-to\-day financial operations, accounting, and financial transactions.
• Prepare and monitor project budgets, cash flow statements, and financial forecasts.
• Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, vendor payments, and customer collections.
• Monitor project expenses, cost control, and budget utilization.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Ensure accurate maintenance of books of accounts, ledgers, and bank reconciliations.
• Manage GST, TDS, income tax, and other statutory compliance requirements.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, financial institutions, vendors, and internal departments.
• Monitor working capital, fund requirements, and cash flow management.
• Verify invoices, bills, payment requests, and supporting documents.
• Support preparation of balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and MIS reports.
• Ensure compliance with company financial policies and accounting standards.
• Supervise and guide junior finance and accounts staff.
• Assist management in financial planning, cost analysis, and decision\-making.

• *Qualifications**

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com).
• M.Com, MBA Finance, or CA Inter qualification will be an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and financial management.
• Proficiency in Tally ERP/Tally Prime, MS Excel, and accounting software.
• Experience in construction or infrastructure companies is preferred.

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in finance and accounts.
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, taxation, and statutory compliance.
• Experience in budgeting, cash flow management, and financial reporting.
• Good analytical, organizational, and problem\-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and financial activities.
• Strong communication, coordination, and team management skills.
• High level of accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail.

Pay: ₹75,000\.00 \- ₹85,000\.00 per month
