Senior Financial Analyst

• *Senior Financial Analyst** **,** **Assurant, GCC\-India**

We are looking for a detail\-oriented individual with great problem\-solving skills to join our Finance team. The Senior Financial Analyst role will support the Domestic Auto business by providing monthly/quarterly financial reporting and analysis. Ad hoc requests are common and interaction with multiple departments will be required.

• *This position will be in Bengaluru, Chennai \& Hyderabad at our India location.**

• *What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?**

• Monthly research and variance reporting
• Quarterly flux analysis on both income statement and balance sheet
• Review of monthly system feeds for accuracy and trend analysis
• Providing client level reporting as needed
• Reviewing monthly manual journal entries for accuracy
• Ad hoc audit requests

Compliance with Sox control

• *What are the requirements needed for this position?**

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or related fields
• 4\+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Excellent knowledge in Power BI
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent analytical thinking and problem\-solving skills
• Must be a self\-starter able to work independently
