About the Role

Vani Kabir Multiverse Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced finance professional to manage financial planning, budgeting, cash flow, treasury and investment\-related decisions.

We are seeking someone who can go beyond conventional accounting and contribute directly to the company's financial strategy, resource allocation and long\-term financial growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, annual budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, liquidity and treasury operations.
• Evaluate opportunities for investing surplus company funds across suitable financial instruments.
• Conduct investment research, risk assessments and return analysis.
• Develop financial models, profitability projections and ROI assessments.
• Advise leadership on capital allocation, investment decisions and financial risks.
• Monitor business performance, operating expenses and financial efficiency.
• Prepare management reports, financial projections and actionable financial insights.
• Coordinate with banks, financial institutions, investment advisors and auditors.
• Oversee financial controls and coordinate with the accounting team to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Candidate Requirements

• 5–10 years of relevant corporate finance, financial planning or treasury experience.
• CA, MBA Finance, CFA, M.Com or relevant qualifications preferred.
• Strong understanding of investment instruments, financial markets and capital management.
• Practical experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling and cash flow planning.
• Experience evaluating investments and managing surplus corporate funds is highly desirable.
• Advanced Excel and financial analysis skills.
• Strong analytical judgement, communication and decision\-making abilities.
• Experience working directly with founders or senior leadership is preferred.

Important Clarification

This is a corporate finance and financial planning position, not a traditional accounting or personal financial advisory role.

Candidates must have practical exposure to financial strategy, treasury, investments, cash flow management or financial planning.

Experience limited to bookkeeping, GST, taxation, routine accounting or personal insurance and investment sales will not be sufficient.

Compensation \& Work Location

• Salary: ₹30,000–₹80,000 per month.
• Maximum compensation: ₹80,000 per month in hand, subject to experience and interview assessment.
• Full\-time, in\-office position in Gurugram.
• Immediate or early joiners preferred.
