Department: Design About the Role We are looking for a Senior Footwear Designer who can translate creative direction into commercially viable and well\-executed products. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in open footwear, trend\-driven design thinking, material understanding, and cross\-functional collaboration. This role requires someone who can independently handle projects from concept to execution while also mentoring junior designers and contributing positively to the team culture.

*Key Responsibilities**

1\. Execute design briefs from concept stage to final production\-ready outputs.

2\. Develop innovative footwear concepts aligned with brand direction, trends, and consumer insights.

3\. Create sketches, CADs, material explorations, colorways, and technical detailing for multiple categories.

4\. Work closely with development, sourcing, and production teams to ensure design feasibility and execution.

5\. Manage timelines efficiently and ensure projects are delivered within deadlines.

6\. Lead and mentor junior designers while fostering a collaborative team environment.

7\. Maintain consistency in design language across collections and categories.

8\. Stay updated with global footwear, fashion, CMF, and lifestyle trends.

9\. Participate in fittings, proto reviews, sampling corrections, and product refinements.

10\. Contribute to brainstorming sessions, seasonal narratives, and collection building.

*Required Skills \& Qualifications**

1\. 3–4 years of experience in footwear design.

2\. Strong understanding of footwear construction, materials, trims, and manufacturing processes.

3\. Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.

4\. Strong grasp of color theory, material combinations, and trend forecasting.

5\. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight timelines.

6\. Excellent communication and presentation skills.

7\. Strong attention to detail and problem\-solving mindset.

8\. Team management experience along with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
