Senior Full Stack Developer - AI

• *ROLE OVERVIEW**

We are seeking a hands\-on Senior Full Stack Developer with practical AI integration experience to build and deliver complete software products from scratch through production. You will own the development lifecycle—from architecture and implementation to deployment and maintenance.

• *KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

· Build, test, and launch complete software products from concept to production.

· Develop responsive web applications using React.js and Next.js.

· Create scalable backend services and REST APIs using Python and FastAPI.

· Design and optimize databases using PostgreSQL and MongoDB.

· Integrate AI/Generative AI capabilities using OpenAI, Google Gemini, or equivalent LLM APIs.

· Develop AI\-powered features such as intelligent search, chatbots, document processing, and content generation.

· Manage testing, security, performance, deployment, maintenance, and code quality.

• *TECHNICAL SKILLS**

Frontend: React.js, Next.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS

Backend: Python, FastAPI, REST APIs

Databases: PostgreSQL, MongoDB

AI: LLM APIs, prompt engineering, RAG, AI application integration

Tools: Git, Docker, CI/CD, cloud deployment

• *REQUIRED EXPERIENCE \& QUALIFICATIONS**

· 8–10 years of professional software development experience.

· Proven experience building at least one complete product from scratch and taking it to production.

· Strong hands\-on skills across frontend, backend, database design, and API development.

· Practical experience integrating AI capabilities into real\-world applications.

· Able to work independently, make sound technical decisions, solve complex problems, and deliver production\-ready software.

• *PREFERRED EXPERIENCE**

SaaS platforms, multi\-tenant applications, scalable web products, and AI\-enabled business solutions.
