Senior Full Stack Developer

• *Responsibilities:**

 Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of scalable software applications.

 Guide and mentor developers, conduct code reviews, and maintain coding standards.

 Define technical architecture, development practices, and engineering best practices.

 Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Analysts, QA, and other stakeholders to understand business

requirements.

 Troubleshoot complex technical issues and ensure application performance, security, and reliability.

 Manage task allocation, sprint planning, and timely delivery of development milestones.

 Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and technology optimization.

 Ensure adherence to software development lifecycle (SDLC) practices and Agile methodologies.

 Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend suitable solutions for business needs.

• *Required Skills \& Qualifications**

 Minimum 5\+ years of experience in software development, with relevant experience leading or

mentoring a development team.

 Strong proficiency in at least one programming language, such as Java, Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript.

 Experience with backend development, REST APIs, microservices, and system design.

 Good understanding of databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.

 Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, debugging, and code review practices.

 Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

 Understanding of application security, performance optimization, and scalable architecture.

 Experience working with Agile/Scrum teams and project management tools.

 Strong problem\-solving, communication, collaboration, and leadership skills

Pay: ₹1,500,000\.00 \- ₹2,000,000\.00 per year
