• *Project Context**

A new GIT platform is being set up within our existing Captive in India (CASPL) to operate activities of the Digital Centre of Excellence (DEC).

The DEC manages a transverse offer of digital products and delivers IT services through its centres of excellence. Its activities span the development of reusable components (building blocks) and the development and maintenance of business solutions that leverage multiple areas of expertise. The role demands strong technical competencies and noticeable experience on critical services in the context of an investment bank. Working in the DEC requires the ability to collaborate extensively across geographies with other IT professionals and non\-IT functions, as well as a strong motivation to support the digital transformation of the bank.

• *Role Description**

We are looking for an experienced .NET Full Stack Developer to design, build, and support high\-quality software solutions within the DEC. You will work closely with business analysts and architects to deliver business\-focused, well\-architected, and fully tested solutions, and provide ongoing support for applications in production.

• *Key Responsibilities**

Design and develop .NET software solutions that answer users' needs.

Deliver high\-quality, fully tested code according to specifications.

Maintain a high standard of delivery quality.

Interact with business analysts to provide business\-focused solutions.

Interact with architects to ensure good design and code quality.

Elaborate project documentation (design documents, technical specifications, deployment guides, release notes, etc.).

Follow the user acceptance testing process and coordinate prioritization with the project manager.

Apply the configuration management plan.

Diagnose and resolve application / configuration / code\-level technical issues.

Support applications in production — analyse and resolve code\-level technical issues as they arise.

• *Required Skills \& Experience**

Extensive experience with the .NET Framework / .NET Core technology stack.

Excellent hands\-on experience with C\#, .NET Framework, .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, Web API.

Strong experience with front\-end frameworks — jQuery and React.js.

Proficiency in modern web front\-end development using jQuery / Angular, React and TypeScript.

Experience with databases, data modelling, T\-SQL, and stored procedures.

Proficient knowledge of database design and writing T\-SQL stored procedures.

Experience in the architecture, design, creation and delivery of solutions.

Good understanding of Object\-Oriented Design and principles.

Good understanding of communication protocols.

A pragmatic approach to delivering modular and scalable code.

Proven experience creating responsive websites using the Bootstrap framework.

Strong understanding of UI/UX, cross\-browser compatibility, and general web functions and standards.

Familiarity with the design and development of REST APIs.

Good working experience with IIS, Enterprise Library, and SQL Server.

Good use of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and SASS.

Knowledge of Visual Studio .NET.

Experience and knowledge of SDLC / Agile development frameworks and methodologies.

Experience with CI/CD practices and tooling using Azure DevOps, GitLab, and Kubernetes.

Knowledge of application hosting via Windows / IIS.

Mobile application development.

Practical commercial experience with Docker and Kubernetes.

Microservices and event\-driven development.

Experience in a Linux environment.

• *Education \& Experience**

Qualification: Degree holder in Computer Science or a related discipline.

Experience: A total of 10 years in the IT industry, with a minimum of 7 years of working experience in .NET.
