WEBSTEP Technologies is seeking an experienced and passionate **Senior Full Stack Developer (Node.js \& PHP)** to join our growing development team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in both modern JavaScript\-based backend development and PHP frameworks, with the ability to independently handle projects from requirement analysis to deployment while collaborating effectively with cross\-functional teams.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications and RESTful APIs using Node.js and PHP.
• Develop and optimize backend portals, services, and database structures.
• Integrate front\-end components with server\-side logic and data storage solutions.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, front\-end developers, QA teams throughout the development lifecycle.
• Troubleshoot application issues, debug code, and implement effective resolutions.
• Optimize website and application performance, scalability, and security.
• Develop and integrate third\-party APIs, services, and libraries.
• Conduct code reviews, testing, and deployment activities to ensure quality deliverables.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to existing systems.

• *Required Qualifications**

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of hands\-on experience in web application development.
• Proven experience in developing scalable and high\-performance web applications.

• *Technical Skills**

• *Backend Development**

• Strong proficiency in **Node.js** and JavaScript.
• Experience with at least one Node.js framework such as Express.js, NestJS, or similar.
• Strong expertise in **PHP** development.
• Hands\-on experience with PHP frameworks such as **Laravel** and/or **CodeIgniter**.
• Solid understanding of Object\-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.

• *Database \& APIs**

• Experience with **MySQL** and database optimization techniques.
• Experience integrating third\-party APIs and services.

• *Front\-End Technologies**

• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, AJAX, and jQuery.
• Experience in responsive web design and cross\-browser compatibility.

• *Preferred Qualities**

• Ability to manage complete development cycles with minimal supervision.
• Strong ownership mind set and commitment to project delivery.
• Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing business requirements.
