Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for **a Senior Full Stack Developer** for a full\-time position (40 hours per week) in Canada. Our client is charting a bold new path for investor relations as the first AI\-driven IR Ops Platform, providing everything an IR team needs to succeed on a single, powerful platform. The platform enables public companies to attract, manage, and understand investors \- all in one place. Over 2,600 customers, including many of the world's most respected brands, trust the client to help drive premium valuations for their companies. Only the client offers a tech stack designed holistically to equip IR teams with data, insights, and smart workflows that drive remarkable outcomes.

REQUIREMENTS

• 7\+ years of experience in software development.
• 3\+ years of strong experience with the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, and Node.js).
• Proven track record of developing front\-end and back\-end applications.
• Experience in a variety of software development approaches and methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
• Experience in both technical planning and implementation\-level software design.
• Understanding of requirements capture, analysis techniques, and process improvement approaches.
• Excellent personal organization, with the ability to prioritize and carry out multiple tasks.
• Be comfortable working without routine supervision.
• A desire to remain technically capable and an expert in current technologies.
• Proven track record of practical, thoughtful problem\-solving skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work with an agile team to develop, test, and maintain the software applications.
• Maintain a high level of quality across all of your work.
• Commit to and deliver on those commitments.
• Clearly and regularly communicate with team members and the team lead.
• Ensure the software you develop is well\-documented.
• Following the project's software development lifecycle.
• Attend and contribute to company development meetings.
• Be responsible for developing and unit testing applications in accordance with established standards.
• Lead the development of major software components, systems, and features.
• Leverage your expertise in Software Development to mentor and coach the team to raise the overall output of the development team.
