Senior Full Stack Developer – Technical Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain mobile applications for Android and iOS using Flutter or React Native.
• Build frontend interfaces, backend services, REST APIs, databases, and admin panels.
• Integrate third\-party APIs, payment gateways, OTP services, and other external platforms.
• Design application architecture, database structures, authentication, and security systems.
• Plan development milestones, divide work into tasks, and track project progress.
• Lead and coordinate developers, conduct code reviews, and maintain coding standards.
• Manage testing, debugging, deployment, cloud hosting, and production issues.
• Coordinate with the founder to understand business requirements and convert them into technical solutions.
• Identify technical risks, resolve development challenges, and take ownership of project delivery.
• Maintain technical documentation and ensure the application remains scalable and maintainable.

Required Skills

• Strong hands\-on experience in frontend and backend development.
• Proficiency in at least one backend technology such as Node.js, NestJS, Java/Spring Boot, or a comparable framework.
• Strong knowledge of databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
• Practical experience with Flutter or React Native mobile application development.
• Experience with REST APIs, third\-party integrations, authentication, and application security.
• Familiarity with Git, cloud platforms, deployment pipelines, and debugging.
• Ability to plan projects, guide developers, estimate development effort, and manage deadlines.
• Strong problem\-solving, communication, and decision\-making skills.

Preferred Experience

• Building and launching a complete product from scratch.
• Payment, fintech, vehicle services, e\-commerce, or other API\-driven applications.
• Leading a small development team while remaining actively involved in coding.

What We Expect

We need a self\-driven professional who can understand the complete product, write code, make sound technical decisions, coordinate development work, and take responsibility for delivering the project—not someone limited to UI development or task coordination.

Pay: ₹50,000\.00 \- ₹80,000\.00 per month
