Lab49 is constructing a next-generation AI-embedded Quality Engineering Platform for a leading financial services institution. This greenfield role focuses on building a full-stack, AI-native SDLC/STLC platform from scratch, combining application development, AI-driven workflows, and continuous testing to transform software delivery at scale. You will design and build a scalable platform using Java and React, leveraging tools like Cursor, Claude Code, and agentic frameworks to develop intelligent engineering workflows. Additionally, you will create APIs and services for automated test generation, execution, reporting, and quality insights, while integrating testing frameworks such as Selenium, Playwright, and RestAssured as core platform components. The position requires a full-stack engineer eager to merge AI innovation with quality engineering in a financial services context.
