Senior Full Stack Engineer – AI Embedded Quality Engineering Platform

Lab49 is developing a next-generation AI-embedded Quality Engineering Platform for a major financial services client. In this greenfield position, you will build a full-stack, AI-native SDLC/STLC platform from the ground up, integrating application development, AI-driven workflows, and continuous testing to revolutionize software delivery at scale. Your responsibilities include designing and constructing a scalable platform with Java and React, utilizing tools like Cursor, Claude Code, and agentic frameworks to create intelligent engineering workflows. You will also develop APIs and services for automated test generation, execution, reporting, and quality insights, embedding testing frameworks such as Selenium, Playwright, and RestAssured as foundational elements. This role is tailored for a full-stack engineer passionate about applying AI to quality engineering in a high-stakes financial environment.
