Senior Full Stack Engineer

ROLE OVERVIEW

You are one of the first three engineers in the building, and the only one who owns the stack end to end — from

the FastAPI/LangGraph backend and PostgreSQL/pgvector data layer, through to the React screens and

WhatsApp flows that brokers and corporate clients actually touch. You are not joining a team that iterates on a

mature product — you are building the foundation everything else runs on in 2027, and then building the

interfaces on top of it.

Your users are insurance professionals, not consumers: they need dense information presented clearly, document

upload that's reliable on slow Indian internet, conversational flows that work seamlessly between WhatsApp and

the web, and backend systems that don't fall over during claims season. You will design and build both sides of

that experience — including the WhatsApp message flows and webhook handling that serve the Claims AI

Chatbot's 85% of interactions.

Pay: ₹80,000\.00 \- ₹82,000\.00 per month
