We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer with strong expertise in React for front\-end development and Node.js or Java for back\-end development to design, build, and scale modern web applications. This role requires a hands\-on senior engineer with deep technical expertise who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about building high\-quality, high\-performing, and maintainable software.

You will work closely with Product Managers, Experience Designers, and Software Engineers to deliver end\-to\-end solutions that power critical business capabilities.

• *Responsibilities**

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full\-stack web applications
• Build responsive, high\-performance user interface components using React
• Develop robust back\-end services and Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) using Node.js and/or Java, with Spring Boot preferred
• Design and develop Representational State Transfer (REST) and/or GraphQL APIs
• Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new product features
• Lead technical design discussions and mentor junior engineers
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code with comprehensive test coverage
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, security, and reliability
• Participate in code reviews and promote engineering best practices
• Contribute to Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and DevOps processes
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues while driving continuous improvement

• *Minimum Qualifications**

• 5\+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Strong proficiency in React, including Hooks, Context API, and state management libraries such as Redux or Zustand
• Strong back\-end development experience with Node.js using Express or NestJS and/or Java using Spring Boot
• Experience designing, building, and consuming Representational State Transfer (REST) APIs
• Solid understanding of data modeling and experience working with relational or NoSQL databases
• Experience implementing authentication and authorization using technologies such as OAuth, JSON Web Tokens (JWT), and Single Sign\-On (SSO)
• Experience working with Amazon Web Services (AWS) or similar cloud platforms
• Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines
• Strong understanding of software architecture, system design, scalability, and distributed systems
• Excellent analytical, problem\-solving, and communication skills

• *Preferred Qualifications**

• Experience developing GraphQL APIs and modern front\-end architectures
• Experience working with microservices and event\-driven architectures
• Experience using Kubernetes or other container orchestration platforms
• Experience working in Agile software development environments
• Familiarity with automated testing frameworks, performance optimization, and application monitoring tools
• Experience building enterprise\-scale cloud\-native applications
