Senior Full-Stack Engineer - Remote, India

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Full\-Stack Engineer to help build and scale a modern, multi\-tenant SaaS platform.

You will work across multiple applications and shared packages within a TypeScript monorepo. This role requires strong architectural judgment, disciplined engineering practices, and the ability to independently plan, implement, test, and document production\-grade features.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain applications and shared packages within a modern monorepo.
• Design and implement scalable multi\-tenant SaaS features.
• Enforce tenant isolation, security, and data\-access controls at the application and ORM layers.
• Build reliable background\-job and event\-processing pipelines using BullMQ.
• Design systems for regulated and compliance\-sensitive international markets.
• Integrate messaging, calendar, payment, CRM, and third\-party business platforms.
• Build document generation, classification, extraction, and conversational workflow features.
• Optimize database schemas, queries, indexes, migrations, and transaction boundaries.
• Prepare implementation plans for major architectural and load\-bearing changes.
• Write architectural decision records and explain technical decisions during team reviews.
• Maintain high standards for code quality, testing, documentation, security, and performance.

Required Qualifications

• Five or more years of professional full\-stack engineering experience.
• At least three years of experience working at a senior individual\-contributor level.
• Advanced proficiency in TypeScript and strict type\-safe development.
• Strong production experience with Next.js App Router.
• Experience with React Server Components, server actions, streaming, caching, and revalidation.
• Production experience with Prisma and PostgreSQL.
• Strong understanding of relational schema design, database migrations, query optimization, indexing, and transactions.
• Experience developing multi\-tenant SaaS applications.
• Understanding of tenant isolation, tenant\-specific configuration, permissions, and billing.
• Ability to work effectively in a structured development process involving written plans, technical reviews, testing, and approval gates.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Auth.js v5, including session strategies, provider configuration, and cookie\-domain authentication.
• Experience with BullMQ or comparable queue and event\-processing technologies.
• Experience with AWS CDK using TypeScript.
• Experience deploying and operating applications across multiple AWS regions.
• Experience integrating payment, messaging, CRM, or calendar platforms.
• Real Estate, FinTech, PropTech, Logistics, VoiceAgents, BioTech or regulated\-industry experience.
• Familiarity with AI\-assisted software\-development tools and workflows.

Education

A formal computer science degree is not required. We value demonstrated technical capability, sound engineering judgment, and relevant production experience.

Previous employment at a large or well\-known technology company is also not required.

• Required daily 30\-45 minute team synchronization
• Meeting time: 10:30 a.m. Eastern Time / 8:00 p.m. India Standard Time
