Senior Graphic Designer

• *Graphic Design \& Creative Execution**

• Design creative materials for digital marketing, social media, advertising campaigns, and brand communication.
• Develop visual concepts, layouts, and designs aligned with client requirements and brand guidelines.
• Create marketing collaterals, brochures, presentations, advertisements, and other promotional materials.
• Work closely with the content and digital marketing teams to develop effective campaign creatives.
• Ensure consistency in brand identity, design quality, and visual communication across projects.
• Incorporate client feedback and coordinate revisions to deliver final designs on time.

• *Creative Team Management \& Coordination**

• Manage, guide, and support graphic designers and other creative team members.
• Allocate daily design tasks based on priorities, workload, and individual capabilities.
• Review team members' designs and provide constructive feedback to improve quality.
• Monitor project progress and ensure all creative deliverables meet deadlines.
• Coordinate with the digital marketing and content teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
• Mentor junior designers and help improve their technical and creative skills.
• Maintain consistency in design standards across all client accounts.
• Identify workflow challenges and suggest improvements to creative processes.

Requirements

• Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably with experience managing or mentoring a creative team.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other relevant design tools.
• Knowledge of social media creatives, branding, advertising, and digital marketing requirements.
• Strong creative thinking, visualisation, and attention to detail.
• Good communication, leadership, and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work within tight deadlines.
• A portfolio showcasing branding, advertising, and digital creative work is required.

Pay: ₹25,000\.00 \- ₹32,000\.00 per month
