Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer who can lead a team of 2–3 designers, manage creative projects, ensure high\-quality visual output, and maintain brand consistency across all digital and marketing platforms. The candidate will be responsible for both hands\-on designing and managing the team's daily activities, deadlines, and deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

• **Team Management \& Leadership**
• Lead and manage a team of 2–3 graphic designers.
• Allocate daily design tasks and monitor team productivity.
• Review team members' work and provide creative feedback.
• Ensure timely completion of all assigned projects.
• Train, guide, and develop team members' design skills.
• **Creative Designing**
• Create social media creatives, banners, posters, brochures, and advertisements.
• Design marketing materials, promotional creatives, and branding assets.
• Develop visually appealing layouts aligned with brand guidelines.
• Work on creative concepts for campaigns, promotions, and special occasions.
• **Quality Control**
• Review and approve designs before final delivery.
• Maintain consistency in fonts, colours, layouts, and brand identity.
• Ensure designs meet quality standards and project requirements.
• **Coordination \& Planning**
• Coordinate with the Social Media Manager, Marketing Team, and Video Editors.
• Understand creative requirements and convert them into design briefs.
• Plan and prioritize design tasks according to campaign deadlines.
• Research current design trends and implement innovative ideas.
• **Tools \& Technology**
• Work with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, Canva, and other relevant design tools.
• Explore AI\-based design tools to improve creativity and productivity.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of graphic design principles and visual communication.
• Proficiency in CorelDRAW (mandate), Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, and Canva.
• Good leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong creative thinking and attention to detail.
• Experience in social media and digital marketing creatives.

Preferred Candidate

• 3–5 years of graphic designing experience.
• Previous experience managing or mentoring a design team.
• Strong portfolio showcasing social media creatives, branding, and marketing designs.

Pay: ₹18,000\.00 \- ₹35,000\.00 per month
