Senior Graphic Designer

Job Description

We are looking for a creative and experienced **Senior Graphic Designer** who is passionate about **teaching, mentoring, and developing future designers**. The ideal candidate should have strong industry experience in Graphic Design and the ability to deliver practical, hands\-on training while mentoring students through real\-world projects.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• **Deliver practical Graphic Design training through classroom, online, and hybrid sessions.**
• **Train and mentor students** using industry\-standard tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, CorelDRAW, and Canva.
• Prepare lesson plans, assignments, practical exercises, assessments, and student portfolios.
• Guide internship students through real\-time projects and monitor their progress.
• Lead and support junior trainers and internship candidates to ensure effective learning outcomes.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and industry best practices.
• Support the design team with creative projects whenever required.

• *Required Qualifications \& Skills**

• Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, or Certification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field.
• **Minimum 2 years of professional Graphic Design experience.**
• **Experience in teaching, mentoring, or training students/interns is highly preferred.**
• **Experience in handling or leading a design team is preferred.**
• Strong practical knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, CorelDRAW, Canva, and other industry\-standard design tools.
• Passion for teaching, mentoring, and continuous learning.

Pay: ₹18,000\.00 \- ₹25,000\.00 per month
