Senior Graphic Designer

About the Role

We’re looking for a Graphic Designer who understands how design drives business, not just aesthetics. At Midinnings, you’ll work on brands from day one of their journey, especially hotels, resorts, and hospitality\-led businesses. Your work will shape how new properties show up in the market and how existing ones grow.

Key Responsibilities

• Design creatives for digital campaigns, social media, websites, and performance ads
• Create brand assets like logos, pitch decks, brochures, menus, and hoardings
• Translate marketing briefs into clear, visually strong concepts
• Maintain brand consistency across all platforms and deliverables
• Work closely with the marketing, content, and performance teams
• Adapt designs quickly based on feedback and campaign performance
• Stay updated with design trends relevant to hospitality and lifestyle brands

Required Skills

• Strong command over Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign (Figma is a plus)
• Solid understanding of layout, typography, color, and visual hierarchy
• Ability to think conceptually, not just execute briefs
• Experience designing for digital\-first brands
• Attention to detail and strong time management

Good to Have

• Prior experience in hospitality, real estate, lifestyle, or agency setup
• Basic understanding of marketing funnels and ad creatives
• Motion graphics or video editing skills (After Effects / Premiere Pro)
