Senior Graphic Designer (Photoshop Specialist)

We are looking for a highly skilled **Graphic Designer** with exceptional expertise in **Adobe Photoshop** to join our creative team. In this role, you will be the go\-to expert for complex photo manipulation, high\-end retouching, creative compositing, and visual storytelling across digital and print channels.

The ideal candidate possesses an elite eye for lighting, color theory, texture, and composition, capable of transforming raw assets and abstract concepts into polished, commercial\-ready imagery.

Key Responsibilities

• **Advanced Photoshop Execution:** Produce photo composites, surreal/creative manipulations, multi\-layer blending, matte paintings, and high\-frequency separation retouching.
• **Asset Creation \& Production:** Design marketing collateral, key visual art, digital ad campaigns, social media assets, e\-commerce product imagery, web banners, and print\-ready materials.
• **Image Retouching \& Color Correction:** Perform precision color grading, background extraction, clean\-up, lighting adjustments, and texture replacement across raw photography and stock assets.
• **Visual Concepting:** Collaborate with Art Directors, copywriters, and marketing leads to translate campaign briefs into visually compelling creative concepts.
• **Template \& Workflow Optimization:** Build non\-destructive Photoshop workflows using advanced Smart Objects, adjustment layers, layer masks, actions, and clipping paths to facilitate rapid versioning and asset scaling.
• **Brand Consistency:** Maintain and elevate visual brand standards across all touchpoints, ensuring high visual fidelity and production accuracy.
• **Pre\-Press \& Digital Delivery:** Prepare final production files tailored for print (CMYK, bleeds, DPI specifications) and web/mobile (RGB, compression, responsive dimensions).

Required Qualifications

• **Experience:** 2\+ years of professional graphic design experience within an agency, in\-house creative team, or production studio.
• **Mastery of Adobe Photoshop:** Deep, demonstrable expertise in non\-destructive editing, complex masking, Pen Tool clipping, color balancing, camera raw processing, and compositing.
• **Supporting Adobe Suite Proficiency:** Strong working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator (vector graphics, typography, iconography) and Adobe InDesign (layout and publication setup).
• **Core Design Fundamentals:** Solid grasp of visual hierarchy, typography, grid systems, layout, perspective, and color harmony.
• **Portfolio Requirement:** A portfolio showcasing commercial retouching, complex composite work, before/after breakdowns, and polished multi\-channel graphic design projects.
