Senior Graphic Designer – Print, Branding & Sales Support

We are looking for a **Senior Graphic Designer** to join our India team, providing dedicated support to our UK\-based operations. We specialise in the supply of premium promotional printed reusable bags and totes for the UK market.

This is a high\-impact role requiring a rare blend of **technical pre\-print expertise** (Adobe Illustrator/Vectors) and **creative marketing flair.** You will be responsible for creating the artwork that goes onto our products, as well as the high\-end sales decks and marketing collateral that help our UK sales team win major contracts.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• **Technical Print Artwork:** Create production\-ready **vector files** and proofs for screen printing and textile printing. You must ensure 100% accuracy in **Pantone (PMS) colour matching** and print specifications.
• **Sales Enablement:** Partner with the UK sales team to design professional **pitch decks**, PowerPoint presentations, and case studies. You must be able to layout data and testimonials in a visually compelling way.
• **Marketing Collateral:** Design brochures, digital catalogues, and website banners. You will also be responsible for retouching product photography to a high standard.
• **Creative Autonomy:** We need a senior professional who can work from "loose" ideas. When the sales team provides a basic request, you should take the initiative to develop a complete, polished design concept.
• **UK Cultural Alignment:** Ensure all designs align with UK aesthetics—prioritising clean layouts, modern typography, and professional "minimalist" branding.

• *Technical Skills \& Qualifications**

• **Adobe Illustrator Expert:** This is the core of the role. You must have advanced skills in vectorisation, pathing, and preparing artwork for complex print substrates.
• **Advanced Photoshop \& InDesign:** For high\-end mockups and multi\-page brochure layouts.
• **Core Print Knowledge:** Solid understanding of screen printing, ink opacity, and how designs translate onto textile/canvas materials.
• **Professional English:** Excellent written English to ensure brochures and sales decks are typo\-free and professional.

• *Candidate Profile**

• **6\+ years of experience**, preferably working with international clients (UK/US/Europe).
• Prior experience in **Export Houses, Promotional Merchandise, or Print Agencies** is highly preferred.
• A portfolio that demonstrates "international" design sensibilities (clean, balanced, and sophisticated).
• Ability to work independently and manage high\-volume tasks during UK business hours.
