• *About the Role**

STAR Hospitals is looking for a creative and experienced **Senior Graphic Designer** to join our Branding \& Digital Marketing team. The ideal candidate should have strong design skills, a creative mindset, and the ability to develop visually appealing designs for print, digital platforms, branding, events, and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design promotional materials, signage, and marketing collaterals for Below\-the\-Line (BTL) marketing activities.
• Create event\-related designs, including invitations, banners, posters, and promotional materials.
• Develop sales presentations, proposals, and other marketing communication materials.
• Design in\-house branding materials, office signage, and internal communication creatives.
• Create high\-quality graphics for print and digital platforms while maintaining brand consistency.
• Develop creative concepts and visual designs aligned with brand guidelines and business objectives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective design solutions.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate with external vendors and agencies for design execution and production.

Qualifications \& Experience

• Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• **3–5 years of professional experience** in graphic design or a similar role.
• Experience in BTL marketing, event marketing, sales collateral, and corporate branding is preferred.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including **Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign**.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in print, digital, and branding projects.
• Good understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and visual hierarchy.
• Strong communication, creativity, and time\-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast\-paced environment.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS, motion graphics, or video\-editing software will be an added advantage.
