As a Senior Graphic Designer at Superhealth, you will be responsible for creating strong, clean, and effective visual communication for a fast\-growing healthcare brand. You should be able to think beyond “making things look good” and understand how design can simplify healthcare, build trust, and improve patient communication.
You will work closely with the marketing, content, medical, product, and leadership teams to create designs that are both visually sharp and strategically useful.
- Create visual assets for social media, digital campaigns, performance ads, website, emailers, WhatsApp communication, and in\-hospital branding.
- Design patient\-facing communication that is simple, clear, and easy to understand.
- Build campaign creatives for Superhealth products like VIP Pass, Supersurgery, Superbirth, second opinion, OPD, surgeries, and other hospital services.
- Maintain and evolve the Superhealth visual identity across all touchpoints.
- Create layouts for brochures, posters, standees, hoardings, flyers, presentations, and internal brand collaterals.
- Work with copywriters and marketing teams to turn ideas into visually strong campaign concepts.
- Create design systems, templates, and reusable formats for faster execution.
- Ensure medical and healthcare information is presented responsibly, clearly, and beautifully.
- Adapt designs for multiple formats and platforms without losing consistency.
- Guide junior designers or freelancers when required.
- Stay updated with design trends, social media formats, healthcare communication, and digital\-first brand design.
- 4–6 years of experience in graphic design, preferably with a brand, agency, healthcare, wellness, consumer, or digital\-first company.
- Strong command over Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Figma/Canva.
- Good understanding of typography, layout, colour, hierarchy, and composition.
- Ability to design for both digital and print.
- Strong sense of brand consistency.
- Ability to work with tight timelines and multiple stakeholders.
- Portfolio showing strong campaign work, social media creatives, branding, and print design.
- Basic understanding of motion graphics/video editing is a plus.
- Experience in healthcare, wellness, or service brands is a plus but not mandatory.
