- *SENIOR GRAPHIC DESIGNER**
We are seeking a highly creative, self\-driven Senior Graphic Designer to lead the development of visual communication and branding assets across the organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong marketing design expertise and the ability to independently manage end\-to\-end creative projects with minimal supervision.
This role requires someone who can quickly understand business objectives and translate them into impactful visual experiences. Responsibilities include designing marketing collateral, corporate branding materials, website and social media assets, promotional videos, and multimedia content while maintaining the highest standards of quality, accuracy, and brand consistency.
- *Marketing \& Creative Design**
- Independently manage end\-to\-end marketing and corporate design requirements.
- Design product \& corporate brochures, flyers, datasheets, case studies, white papers, and technical documents.
- Create presentations, newsletters, business cards, exhibition materials, and sales collateral.
- Develop LinkedIn banners, social media creatives, digital ads, and email marketing assets.
- Create visually compelling graphics that simplify technical and marketing concepts.
- Design website layouts, landing pages, UI mockups, and web graphics.
- Ensure all creative assets align with brand guidelines and business objectives.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and leadership teams to translate ideas into impactful visual content.
- *Branding \& Corporate Identity**
- Develop and maintain a consistent corporate brand identity across all marketing and digital channels.
- Create logos, icons, illustrations, brand assets, and visual identity guidelines.
- Ensure adherence to branding standards, typography, color schemes, and visual consistency.
- Support branding, rebranding, and brand positioning initiatives.
- *Video Production \& Multimedia**
- Conceptualize, storyboard, produce, and edit high\-quality promotional, corporate, and product videos.
- Create motion graphics, animations, visual effects, and multimedia assets for marketing campaigns.
- Perform professional video editing, audio editing, voice enhancement, and sound synchronization.
- Develop platform\-optimized video content for LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and other digital channels.
- *Website \& Digital Experience Design**
- Design responsive website layouts, landing pages, UI mockups, and digital experiences.
- Create wireframes, user flows, web graphics, infographics, and data visualizations.
- Apply User Experience (UX) principles to create intuitive, user\-friendly, and engaging digital experiences.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of design concepts and user experience.
- *Creative Thinking \& Problem Solving**
- Translate marketing strategies and business requirements into compelling visual concepts.
- Develop innovative creative solutions that strengthen brand communication and engagement.
- Quickly understand project objectives and convert abstract ideas into impactful designs.
- Proactively recommend creative improvements and new design approaches.
- *Collaboration \& Communication**
- Partner with Marketing, Product Management, Sales, Leadership, and Content teams.
- Communicate design concepts, rationale, and recommendations effectively.
- Gather requirements independently and execute projects with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrate strong listening, comprehension, and stakeholder management skills.
- *Quality Assurance \& Attention to Detail**
- Perform thorough quality checks on all creative deliverables before submission.
- Ensure all designs are free from spelling, grammatical, formatting, and alignment errors.
- Maintain exceptional attention to detail across branding, typography, layouts, and content presentation.
- Deliver production\-ready files with a high level of accuracy and quality.
- *Project Ownership \& Time Management**
- Manage multiple concurrent projects while consistently meeting deadlines.
- Take full ownership of projects from concept development through final delivery.
- Effectively prioritize workloads and communicate project status proactively.
- Demonstrate patience, consistency, and accuracy when handling detail\-intensive design tasks.
- *Design \& Multimedia Software Skills**
- Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Audition.
- Adobe Creative Cloud Suite.
- Figma, Canva, and Draw.io.
- Microsoft Office Suite.

- *Required Qualifications**
- Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
- 6\+ years’ experience in graphic design, branding, marketing communications, and multimedia production.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in branding, marketing collateral, website design, social media campaigns, and video production.
