Job Role : **Senior GTM Engineer**

Location: Bangalore (Prestige Tech park)

Experience: 3–5 Years in GTM

• *What you’ll do**

Own the Growth MIS sheets and keep sales and marketing data accurate

Manage lead collection, assignment and tracking, and convert inbound traffic into qualified leads

Track deal closures, payment status and pipeline movement

Support email and LinkedIn campaigns, and keep event calendars and campaign schedules on track

Build dashboards and reports that give leadership clear visibility into pipeline and revenue

Prepare MOMs, CTAs and pre\-meeting data, and guide junior team members

• *What we’re looking for**

3–5 years in GTM / MIS

Experience in LinkedIn Sales Navigator or outreach tool experience, BI tools Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills, including pivot tables and lookups

Working knowledge of CRM tools and the sales funnel

Good communication and strong attention to detail
