*Job summary**: We are looking for an experienced **Senior HR \& Admin** with strong knowledge of **HR operations, administration, and basic to intermediate accounts**. The ideal candidate will manage end\-to\-end HR \& admin activities while supporting accounting and compliance functions.
*Key Responsibilities**
HR \& Administration
Manage end\-to\-end **HR operations** including recruitment coordination, onboarding, confirmation, and exit formalities
*Administration**
Oversee **office administration**, vendor management, facility management, and asset tracking
Handle travel, accommodation, and general admin support
Coordinate with management for daily administrative requirements
Maintain contracts, agreements, and company records
*Qualifications**
Bachelor’s degree in **HR, Commerce, Business Administration**, or related field
4–7 years of experience in **HR Admin with accounts exposure**
Good knowledge of **Indian labor laws and statutory compliance**
Hands\-on experience with **payroll coordination and HR documentation**
Working knowledge of **accounts, taxation basics, and Excel**
Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
*Preferred Skills**
Experience in **SME / startup / service industry**
Advanced **MS Excel** skills
Ability to handle confidential information independently
