As we continue to grow, we are looking for an enthusiastic and hands\-on HR professional who can seamlessly manage both Talent Acquisition and HR Operations while building an exceptional employee experience.
We are seeking a proactive and execution\-oriented HR professional with approximately 5 years of experience to lead end\-to\-end recruitment efforts while ensuring smooth HR operations at our Raipur office. The ideal candidate should be passionate about people, enjoy working in a dynamic environment, and take complete ownership of their responsibilities.
Talent Acquisition
- Manage end\-to\-end recruitment across business functions.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and workforce needs.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking channels.
- Conduct initial screening and coordinate interviews with stakeholders.
- Drive candidate engagement and ensure an excellent candidate experience.
- Manage offer rollouts, negotiations, and joining formalities.
- Track recruitment metrics and maintain hiring dashboards.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
HR Operations
- Manage the complete employee lifecycle including onboarding, confirmations, transfers, and exits.
- Ensure smooth execution of induction and new hire integration.
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and HRMS accuracy.
- Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance, leave management, and benefits administration.
- Support implementation and adherence to HR policies and processes.
- Ensure statutory compliance and audit readiness.
- Generate periodic HR reports and provide people insights to leadership.
- Drive process improvements and standardization initiatives.

- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and HR lifecycle management.
