We are looking for a dynamic **Senior HR** with proven experience in recruitment consultancy to handle end\-to\-end hiring for multiple clients across various industries.
*Key Responsibilities:**
Manage end\-to\-end recruitment for client requirements.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and networking.
Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews with clients.
Build and maintain a strong candidate database and talent pipeline.
Understand client hiring needs and ensure timely closure of positions.
Negotiate salary packages and manage offer rollouts.
Follow up with candidates until onboarding and joining.
Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and hiring metrics.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
Mentor and guide junior recruiters to achieve team targets.
*Requirements:**
4–5 years of experience in recruitment consultancy/staffing.
Hands\-on experience in bulk hiring and lateral recruitment.
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in a target\-driven environment and handle multiple client requirements simultaneously.
