- Lead, mentor, and manage the HR team to drive high performance and accountability

2\. Talent Acquisition \& Employer Branding
- Lead end\-to\-end recruitment strategy across all roles and functions
- Build and strengthen talent pipelines to ensure timely and quality hiring
- Develop and implement effective hiring frameworks and processes
- Drive employer branding initiatives to attract top talent
3\. HR Strategy \& Business Partnering
4\. Employee Engagement \& Culture
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and performance\-driven work culture
- Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives
- Manage employee relations, address concerns, and handle conflict resolution effectively
5\. Performance Management
- Design and implement performance management and review systems
- Collaborate with managers to define and track KPIs and OKRs
- Promote a culture of continuous feedback and performance improvement
